Raise a Grievance

Unhappy with our service, or with how one of our officers behaved? Tell us plainly. Every grievance is logged, owned by a named manager, and answered.

Tell us what went wrong

A grievance is not a complaint into a void. Describe what happened — a missed patrol, a rude or unprofessional officer, a contract term we did not honour — and it is recorded, assigned to a manager by name, and followed up with you.

  • A Named Owner A manager, not a queue, takes it on
  • Formally Logged Recorded in the same register we are audited against
  • Anonymous Option Share only what you are comfortable with

If what you have to report is serious wrongdoing rather than a service failure, the whistleblowing channel gives you the full confidential process and its protections.

Your Details

Entirely optional. Contact details let us come back to you for clarification — leave them out, or tick anonymous below, and the report still stands on its own.

Incident Details

When and where it happened, and who was involved. Give what you know — an approximate date is better than none.

Type of Concern

Filed as Grievance / Service Complaint. If that is not what you meant, the open reporting form lets you choose a different category.

What Happened

The only part we genuinely need. Stick to what you saw or know first-hand — dates, amounts, places, and anything that can be checked.

Reporting History

Tell us if this has already been raised, so we pick up where that left off rather than starting over.

Have you reported this before?

Filed as controlled form SSS/MS/FR/012 and sent straight to the Simba security management team for confidential review.
