Our Foundation

A subsidiary of East African Holding

Simba Security Service operates under EAH governance — a multi-decade Ethiopian conglomerate with roots across the industrial, commercial, and residential sectors. That backing is what lets us hold long-term contracts, invest in officer training, and answer to group-level compliance oversight.

Accountability

Raise it with us.
We will act on it.

Three ways to bring something to our attention. Every one of them reaches a named owner, and every one of them gets an answer.

Not sure which fits? Pick the closest. They reach the same team, and we will route it properly from there.

Grievance / Complaint Unhappy with our service, or with how one of our officers behaved? Tell us plainly and we will put it right. Raise a grievance → Whistleblower Report Seen something serious? Report it safely. You can stay anonymous. File a report → Human Rights Concern Raise a concern about the human rights impact of how we operate, on any site we protect. Raise a concern →
