1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by Simba Security Service ("3S", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Services Description
Simba Security Service provides comprehensive security solutions including but not limited to:
- Physical Security Services
- Mobile Patrol and Escorting
- Intelligence, Compliance Audits and Risk Assessment
- Training and Advisory with Competency Certificates
- Violence and Emergency Response
- Visitor Management
- Multi-Site Central Control and Geo-Fencing Monitoring
- Supply Chain Protection
- Private Security Management System Implementation Consultancy
- Fire and Emergency Response Services
- Security Technologies Supply, Installation and Maintenance
- VIP Free Zone Protection
3. Service Agreement
All security services are provided subject to a written service agreement that will specify the scope of services, duration, fees, and other terms specific to your engagement with us. The terms of this agreement are in addition to, and not in substitution for, the terms of any specific service agreement.
4. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of security services
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Cooperate with our security personnel and follow reasonable security protocols
- Make timely payments as specified in your service agreement
- Notify us immediately of any changes that may affect the security services
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your individual service agreement. Generally:
- Invoices are due within the timeframe specified in your agreement
- Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in your agreement
- We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment after appropriate notice
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your service agreement
6. Limitation of Liability
While Simba Security Service employs trained professionals and follows industry best practices, we cannot guarantee absolute prevention of security incidents. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and as specified in your service agreement. We are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Losses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control
- Acts of third parties or force majeure events
7. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, security protocols, and operational details. All personnel are bound by confidentiality agreements, and we comply with applicable data protection regulations.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials, methodologies, training programs, and proprietary systems developed by Simba Security Service remain our intellectual property. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials without explicit written permission.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement in accordance with the terms specified in the agreement. Upon termination:
- All outstanding fees become immediately due
- We will return any client property in our possession
- Confidentiality obligations continue to apply
10. Emergency Services
Our 24/7 emergency call center provides immediate tactical support. However, in life-threatening emergencies, clients should contact local emergency services (police, fire, medical) directly. Our services complement but do not replace official emergency response systems.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Simba Security Service operates. Any disputes will be resolved through appropriate legal channels in that jurisdiction.
