Every officer’s readiness is maintained through a recurring curriculum. Human rights, gender-based violence awareness, emotional intelligence and site safety run alongside operational drills, and every session supports ISO 18788:2015 AMD 2024 and the pursuit of ICoCA membership.
Standards are set in the room before they are enforced at the gate. Supervisors, shift leaders and officers sit through the same briefings, so one instruction reaches every post the same way.
